1. Privacy First philosophy

Navygo™ follows a Privacy First philosophy. Profiles are visible only to other cruisers registered on the same ship and same departure who hold a Premium Cruise Pass™. No personal data (phone, email, cabin, social) is ever shown automatically.

2. Authorised staff access

To ensure support, security and moderation, authorised Navygo™ Super Admin staff may access conversations and content published by users, only for these purposes:

• Technical assistance requested by users;
• Reviewing reports and preventing abuse;
• Content moderation and community safety;
• Legal obligations or requests from authorities.

Every access is tracked in an immutable Audit Log recording date and time, cruise, chat and operation type. Permissions are enforced server-side.
