1. Community and behaviour

By using Navygo™ you agree to respect the community rules, other cruisers and the purposes of the platform.

2. Super Admin role

The Super Admin is Navygo™'s authorised staff and may, for support, security and moderation:

• access all cruises on the platform;
• view chats and conversations between users;
• intervene in conversations when needed;
• handle reports and moderation actions;
• suspend or ban accounts that violate the rules.

Every access is recorded in a traceable Audit Log (date, cruise, chat, operation). Permissions are enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed via direct URLs or manual requests.

3. Cruise Pass™ and Coupons

The Premium Cruise Pass™ is valid only for the associated cruise. Partner coupons can be redeemed once and only on the referenced cruise, by 23:59 the day before disembarkation.
